    • Degree in computer science or similar
    • Education IT specialist application development or similar.
    • Web services and technologies (SOAP, RESTful, Responsive Design, HTML 5, XML, SCSS, JavaScript, Kendo UI, MS Blazor)

    • Very good English skills, both written and spoken

  • Requirements
    • Either a degree in information management (Bachelor of Science)
    • or a comparable degree
    • or experience as a project member in the area of digital transformation
    • Strong IT affinity and confidence in using standard office and communication products
    • Very good verbal and written communication skills in German
    • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
    • Strong sense of service and ability to work in a team and with empathy
    • Ability to work independently and on your own initiative

    • Designing and building customer systems based on process analyses and requirements of our customers
    • Consulting and support of customers in the extension and optimization of their customer systems
    • Support of the project management and the team in project execution
    • Creation of programming specifications for customer-specific interfaces and tools as well as technical support for the development team during implementation
    • Creation of process documentation and instructions for customers
    • Conducting user training for customers and internal departments
    • Answering customer inquiries by e-mail and telephone in the support area
