LIBERO v6 at the 13. BSZ-Kolloquium 2012
LIB-IT GmbH presents the web-based Version 6 of the Library Management Software LIBERO
LIBERO v6: Web-Based Library Software
LIBERO v6 was presented to the German librarian public for the very first time at this year's Library Days in Hamburg - with great success and very positve feedback.
LIB-IT will once again be present at the 13. BSZ-Kolloquium which will take place at the PH Ludwigsburg, October 1st - 2nd.
The new, web-based version of LIBERO has been in use in Australian libraries for several months and is now available to libraries in Germany! New customers as well as libraries already working with this reliable and multi-functional software can make use of LIBERO v6 with immediate effect.
Attractive, graduated pricing options offer new perspectives for prospective and future users. This is applicable to libraries in all sectors and of all sizes!
New Technology, New Interface
Thoroughly overhauled, based on new technology and equipped with a multitude of new functions – all this and also a new web-interface which will particularly impress library staff with fast access to all functions and excellent support of workflow concepts.
In addition, the load on the IT departments in libraries and local authorities will be reduced as the installation of a client is no longer required.
New Functions
We spell interaction with a capital I!
The link-up with social networks has now become as routine as the integration of QR codes in WebOPAC. Both supplement the options already available in WebOPAC (Tagging, Bookmarking, Ratings, Annotations etc.).
In addition, WiDGET is available since summer 2012. This expands the options already available for the use of LIBERO WebOPAC on portable devices by providing extra, special applications for Smartphones and Tablets (iPhone and Android).
The development of new functions will continue at full speed! We’ll keep you on the ball!
