The LIBERO serials module is fully integrated with the cataloguing and acquisitions modules. All records can therefore be found both in WebOPAC and with an internal search. The LIBERO serials module provides all necessary functionality for the professional handling of periodicals.

It contains subscriptions generation and scheduling as well as selection from desiderata lists, financial monitoring, management of check-ins and a limited binding component. Notes for all relevant topics can also be maintained.

The quick check-in function ensures quick daily access to all outstanding items and a quick method of receiving them and making inventories. Volumes are sorted by receipt – so nothing can be forgotten.

In the LIBERO serials module all types of periodicals can be defined and managed.
