Reports / statistics

Standard reports and statistics allow library staff to analyze possibilities, procedures and trends in the everyday operation of the library and to evaluate the results in order to improve the service level.

The LIBERO reports and statistics module provides a large number of standard reports and statistics which are offered as on-screen displays. With this module various reports and statistics can be printed out, either to a printer or to a file for further processing.

The following list represents only a selection and makes no claim to being exhaustive. The library can supplement these reports and statistics with those of its own, which can be created using the SQL and ODBC interfaces. All data retrieved via these interfaces can then be transferred into a standard Windows program, for formatting with a word-processor for example.

Invoice reports, fines reports, recurring payments, arrears, test reports, stock – valuation statistics, fund codes/cost codes overview, stock list by supplier, acquisitions by date, acquisitions by branch, supplier statistics.

Circulation by time of day, hit lists, branch statistics, statistics by material type, collection, branch transfer statistics, home library statistics, reserves statistics, general statistics.

Membership lists, card usage, location/age/gender statistics, membership category statistics, home library member list, home library service report, overdue notices, arrears, lists of available reserves, lists of cancelled reserves, lists of completed reserves.
